Bollywood Actress Vidya Balan in Saree with long sleeved blouse at Whistling Woods “Celebrate Cinema”. Celebrate Cinema festival was organized by Whistling Woods International. Actress Rekha inaugurated the two-day festival which opened for its third year this time.The inauguration ceremony was followed by a panel discussion on the new voice in Indian cinema. The esteemed panelists included Subhash Ghai, Alka Yagnik, Kumar Sanu, Mohit Chaudhary, Shruti Pathak and Toshi.There was also a one-on-one interaction between the Paa actor Vidya Balan and a bunch of kids.
